You can purchase your items online and get it shipped directly to your doorstep. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, and much more.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on all orders. Pyramid Credit Repair uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing.

Free two-day shipping

Free two-day shipping is available on in-stock items. You can see in your cart if your item is in stock. Free two-day shipping is not available for certain order types, including orders paid for with financing or by bank transfer. To get free two-day shipping, you will need to place your order by 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please refer to the table below to see when your item will arrive:

  • Order before 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday → Delivers in two business days
  • Order before 5:00pm EST on a Friday → Delivers on Tuesday
  • Order after 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday → Delivers in three business days
  • Order after 5:00pm EST on a Friday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday → Delivers on Wednesday
Shipping Cost

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.

What’s Next?

Once your order is placed, Pyramid Credit Repair provides information on your order by email. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Order Acknowledgement Email

The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. If you are shipping an item on your order, the Order Acknowledgement will display the shipping address and a Delivers date link.

Shipment Notification Email

We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier's website.

Carrier Delivery Options

Pyramid Credit Repair chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning the items to Pyramid Credit Repair. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you are unavailable to provide a signature, Pyramid Credit Repair offers two easy options for you to receive your package.

Option 1: Pre-sign with Pyramid Credit Repair
    • Click the Pre-sign for this shipment link in your Shipment Notification email

Complete and print the Shipment Release Authorization form. Leave the form on your door for the carrier, prior to 8:00 a.m. on the day of expected delivery. You can specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, or building manager). If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package. If you'd like to pre-sign for more than one shipment, simply print, sign, and leave a Shipment Release Authorization for each package. For safety and security reasons, all deliveries are subject to the driver's discretion. If you are unable to access the Pre-sign Form, call Pyramid Credit Repair Customer Service at 855-984-1867 and let us help!

Option 2: Sign to release your shipment to your address, an immediate neighbor, or a building manager

If you did not pre-sign for your package through Pyramid Credit Repair, and you were unavailable to provide a signature, the carrier will leave a Delivery Notice on your door after the first delivery attempt. You can sign the Delivery Notice, specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, building manager), and leave the notice on your door prior to the next delivery attempt. If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.

Shipping Policies

The Pyramid Credit Repair Online Store US ships items within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased at the Pyramid Credit Repair Online Store.

Sales to U.S. territories

We are happy to ship your order to a friend or family member residing within the 50 United States if your billing address is within one of the following United States territories:

  • American Samoa
  • Armed Forces Africa

  • Guam
  • Northern Mariana Islands

Simply shop at the Pyramid Credit Repair Online Store U.S. with the payment method of your choice, and we'll ship the order to any address within the 50 United States. We regret that we cannot ship orders placed on the Pyramid Credit Repair Online Store U.S. to addresses outside of the 50 United States.
